Key Responsibilities

  • * Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail.
  • * Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; ensure that products are stored properly and are easily accessible.
  • * Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet Amazons standards before shipment.
  • * Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • * Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • * Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse associates to meet daily operational targets and goals.
  • * Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in inventory or order fulfillment processes.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • * Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • * Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using basic computer systems and warehouse management software.
  • * Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to various tasks and shifts as required by operational needs.
  • Experience
  • * Previous Warehouse Experience: While prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, it is not required. Training will be provided.
  • * Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role can be beneficial, showcasing a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Working Hours
  • * Part-Time Schedule: Flexible working hours with shifts available during weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Specific shift times may vary based on operational needs.
  • * Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the flexibility to adjust shifts as needed.
