Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial, banking, and customer payment data to identify unexpected patterns or results that may indicate fraud or misuse of customer funds
• Research and investigate unusual patterns or results to determine the root cause and report findings to management
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Resolve issues and questions from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely exchange of financial and operational data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance
• Experience with software systems and tools, including database tools and data analysis software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
