As a Student Success Mentor, you'll be responsible for building relationships with students and families, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to help them achieve their long-term goals. About the Role

• Utilize the Check and Connect methodology to build relationships with students and families, providing support and guidance to drive success
• Monitor student progress, identify barriers to success, and develop strategies to overcome them
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special services staff, and learning coaches to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
• Master and leverage proven strategies to drive student engagement and success, using company-provided tactics and tools
• Participate in company events, activities, and meetings, embodying our values of integrity, humility, and joy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in a professional environment
• Minimum of 2 years of educational experience
• Strong background in student support services, mentoring, educational programs, and communication
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment and juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable with making mandated reported calls and working with students of different backgrounds
