Remote Data Entry Specialist - Part-Time Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing information in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. This will involve processing high volumes of data entry and validation for POS and offline processes, as well as providing support to our merchants and stores. As a key liaison between teams, you'll ensure seamless operations and resolve price change related issues and questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enter price change requests from the merchant organization
• Identify and resolve price change discrepancies
• Understand and implement complex promotional price changes
• Enter stores' submitted cost and price changes
• Manage weekly price change reports and ad hoc requests
• Collaborate with the AP team to reopen POS for invoice submission
• Assist with item maintenance and creation as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
