Veeva Systems, a pioneer in industry cloud, is seeking a highly skilled QA Operations Specialist to support our regulated areas, including training, document management, and change management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our operations, enabling us to bring therapies to patients faster.

About the Role

The QA Operations Specialist will provide critical support to our Quality Operations team, performing activities within several Key Process Areas (KPA), including Resource Management, Records Management, and Change & Configuration Management. You will work closely with business process owners to ensure global standardization and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign training curriculum to employees and contractors globally, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Oversee the collection of training events/evidence and maintain Employee Training records
• Perform GxP/Quality review of various records, including operations checklists and OQ test scripts
• Provide quality review of process documents and coordinate document periodic review activities
• Provide logistics support and assistance to QA OPs business process owners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
• 1+ years of experience in a QA or Training/HR role
• Experience with Quality Management Systems and electronic Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience using Veeva Vault Cloud Platform
• Experience working in the Life Sciences industry
• Working knowledge of Quality Principles as manifest in ISO9001, ISO13485, or QSRs

Compensation

Base pay: $70,000 - $115,000, with potential for variable bonus and/or stock bonus
