As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, offering timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a best-in-class CRM, helping real estate teams build successful businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and tickets (using Zendesk)
  • Educating customers about new features and functionality
  • Advocating for customer needs and requests across the company
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing potential churn
  • Onboarding new accounts and delivering outstanding customer experiences
