Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify deliveries, reconciling mail packages and performing data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Verify precision of postmark on return receipts against certified mail receipts
- Sell stamps and provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Scrutinize incoming mail items for signs of tampering or unauthorized access, and alert appropriate parties in case of security breaches
- Perform general office tasks, including answering calls and responding to customer queries
