Join our dynamic team as a Remote Outbound Sales Advisor and take your sales career to the next level! We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill a part-time position, working 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:30-14:30, starting November 4th. As a Remote Outbound Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a major UK insurance company, selling a range of insurance products to current, ex, and future customers.
This is a fantastic chance to earn a competitive basic salary of £15,333 (FTE £23,000) plus an average bonus of £500 per month (uncapped), while enjoying the flexibility of remote working. About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting new products, campaigns, and offers, and helping them decide on the best package for their needs. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to customers to sell insurance products for their appliances
- Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional sales and customer service
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet sales targets and achieve success
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in targeted sales, preferably in a volume environment (phone or face-to-face experience)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay motivated
- A dedicated workspace at home with access to broadband (equipment will be provided)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 09:30-14:30
