  • Providing expert advice and personalized service to clients, understanding their unique travel preferences, desires, and budget constraints
  • Designing customized travel itineraries that cater to clients' interests, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining options
  • Making reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services using our preferred suppliers and partners
  • Staying informed about global travel trends, visa requirements, local customs, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Handling unexpected issues or changes in travel plans with efficiency and composure, offering viable solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting additional services, upgrades, and special packages to enhance the client's journey
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their future travel needs
