We are seeking passionate and experienced professionals, including personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors, to join our team of experts. As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes, empowering clients to achieve their wellness goals. Our proprietary Flexologist training program ensures that you will deliver world-class stretching sessions, and our supportive team environment will help you grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build and retain client relationships through sales and outreach
• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean and organized studio environment
• Attend staff meetings, educational presentations, and maintain a strong social media presence

Requirements

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Previous experience in a related field (massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction)
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and adherence to our attendance policies
