What you’ll do

We want you to develop our strategic recruiting programs, fill open positions with the best candidates, and drive the recruitment process.

• Identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle's top talent in Saudi Arabia market 
• Create and implement strategic recruitment and resourcing programs
• Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including screening, interviews, and offers
• Find top talent using internet sourcing tools, networking, and research
• Target candidates and build a strong pipeline to proactively recruit talent at all levels 
• Meet hiring goals and build outstanding candidate experiences
