Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Magento Developer with expertise in Laravel to join our dynamic team at Workwarp. As a Magento Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Magento-based e-commerce platform, leveraging Laravel for backend development. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the growth of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 e-commerce websites, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Utilize Laravel for backend development tasks, including API integrations and custom module development.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Magento and Laravel, optimizing website performance and ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated deployments.
  • Leverage AWS services to build scalable and reliable solutions, monitoring server health, managing resources, and optimizing database performance in cloud environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Magento 2 platforms, including customization, extension development, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in PHP and MySQL, with a strong understanding of their integration with Magento and Laravel development.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective customization and troubleshooting of front-end issues.
  • Experience with the Laravel framework, including building and maintaining web applications, API integrations, and custom module development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins for building and automating CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including setup and configuration for cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to the collective success of the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento-cloud).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as CloudFormation.
  • Magento certifications, especially Magento Certified Developer.
