We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Literacy and Math Tutor to join our team at Linden Elementary School in Plainville Community Schools. As a Literacy and Math Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic success and fostering a love of learning. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to balance your time between our remote office and home, providing flexibility and autonomy.

About the Role

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required
• Experience working with elementary school children, preferably in a literacy and math instructional setting
• Knowledge of current effective instructional strategies and experience with primary grade children, math, and literacy instruction and assessments
• Strong commitment to learning and ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with enthusiasm for learning
• Ability to maintain accurate student data and communicate effectively with teachers
