Remote Inbound Call Center Representative - Hybrid Schedule (Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Cantonese, or English/Mandarin)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
• Previous experience in a large call center or high-volume customer service environment
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends (1-2 Saturdays per month)
• Strong internet connection and a quiet, private workspace at home
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with touch typing skills
• Ability to work on dual screens with continuous inbound calls
• Experience working remotely is desirable
• Must pass a full background check, TB test, and drug screen upon acceptance of job offer
• Annual flu, Hep-B, and COVID vaccines are required, or you can decline with a signature
