Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions with precision and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Execute comprehensive bookkeeping duties with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable with efficiency.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to oversee financial data and perform essential data entry tasks.
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities as required to ensure seamless team operations.
  • Complete month-end close procedures timely and accurately.
  • Prepare and process invoices with meticulous attention to detail.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping position.
  • Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and execute bookkeeping duties effectively.
  • Exceptional data entry skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software.
  • Familiarity with month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping is required.
  • An Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
