Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software
  • Proficiency in systems analysis and defining technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex problems within HR applications and drive implementations
  • Lead the development of integrated HR solutions to meet architectural standards
  • Support integration and user acceptance testing for large-scale initiatives
  • Mentor and advise others throughout the HR system development lifecycle
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
