Senior/Non-Senior Project Manager - Healthcare (Remote)

Job Overview: The Senior/Non-Senior Project Manager will provide project leadership for assigned projects, including EHR implementations, third-party vendor implementations, Epic enhancements, or internal technical projects. You will serve as the main point of contact for member management, ensuring member satisfaction and building strong relationships with our partners. Your responsibilities will include scoping and requirements gathering, project planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope and plan projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain project materials, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and meet desired outcomes
• Provide excellent customer service to members and internal stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with OCHIN members and serve as a trusted partner
• Assist in establishing and maintaining organizational project management methodology and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in complex project coordination or management, preferably in healthcare and/or IT
• Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in project management tools, such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project
• PMP/CAPM certification or equivalent experience leading EHR implementations (preferred)
• Epic implementation, certification, or training experience (preferred)
