We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Driver and Branch Sales Assistant to join our team on a flexible hours basis. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets at optimum margins.
• Assist with general duties within the branch, including serving customers on the trade counter, telesales, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
• Ensure the health and safety of yourself and your vehicle, and comply with transport compliance law and regulations.
• Report any issues or incidents to your line manager and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• A clean driving licence and previous driving experience.
• Knowledge of the products associated with our industry would be an advantage.
• Flexibility with working hours, with the ability to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
