Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of technology prototypes to support business assessments and drive innovation
• Manage a diverse portfolio of technology projects, delivering web, mobile, and integration solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead a team of top application engineering talent, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Oversee technology support teams to ensure high availability, adequate performance, and year-over-year performance improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and design, including Java
• Experience in developing web applications, architectural standards, and SOA technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in agile development and methodologies (Scrum Master)
• Experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions at scale
• Experience with rapid prototyping, interface design testing, and emerging technologies
