We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager - Junior to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of key client accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Digital Account Managers and the account management team in supporting key client accounts, including order trafficking, campaign monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage the day-to-day optimization of multiple low to mid-tiered accounts with campaigns running digital products such as CTV, search engine marketing, social media marketing, and programmatic.
• Resolve issues by taking appropriate action and escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of our digital offerings and media plans.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products, processes, reporting, business reviews, quotes, and campaign management.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients through strong written and verbal skills.
• Work efficiently within our software applications and be comfortable participating in video meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stations, and train other team members as needed.
• Perform other agency duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with digital marketing products, including programmatic, social media, search, and CTV.
• Highly professional communication skills, including excellent grammar, copywriting, spelling accuracy, and phone and conversation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to effectively relate to clients.
• Understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work remotely and time manage efficiently and independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented and proactive approach to implementing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Atlassian Jira.
• Experience in Operative order management system.
• Baseline knowledge of how the following industries operate: automotive, home services, education, medical, and legal.
