Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning (40%):
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform enterprise product development.
  • Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy and priorities.
  • Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value and make recommendations for product backlog refinements.
  • Conduct end-user research to inform product development.
• Delivery & Execution (30%):
  • Ensure product alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
  • Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards are met.
  • Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing.
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories.
• People (30%):
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional team members.
  • Advocate for end-users and stakeholders by understanding their needs.
  • Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate product strategy and priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
