We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Workwarp. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our customers and team, and promoting our company's services and products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support customers and team members by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
  • Promote company services and products to customers and prospects
  • Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
