You will work closely with our education, professional development, and product teams to drive brand loyalty, excitement around new releases, and embody our mission.

Job Summary

The Coach Mentor will manage a caseload of customer coaches, providing expert guidance on product use and best practices through various formats, including group discussions, one-on-one meetings, live PLCs, and compelling posts and responses within discussion forums. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Coaching and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of coaches and educational leaders, fostering meaningful professional relationships and creating opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a regular cadence of communication and engagement with assigned coaches, responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Coaching and other colleagues to develop discussion content and share best practices within discussion groups and weekly Professional Learning Community cohorts
  • Hold weekly office hours for coach support and schedule one-on-one meetings as requested
  • Read and respond to discussion forum posts daily, providing expert guidance and support
  • Develop and deliver Professional Development content for coaches and educational leaders, based on current best practices in early childhood education and instructional coaching
  • Conduct research on current topics, trends, and best practices in coaching and educational leadership to inform coaching work
  • Collaborate with product development and product marketing teams to define content themes and potential storylines
  • Set specific objectives for each engagement with large and small groups within cohorts
  • Occasional domestic travel (up to 10%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational coaching or similar educational leadership role
  • Experience establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics aligned with organizational goals
  • Self-directed and strong drive for success, with a strong sense of project/work management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to research, listen, and identify client needs
  • Project management skills and the ability to learn new technology applications
  • Working knowledge of the early childhood field and Teaching Strategies products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
