Transformative Business Developer: Low/Medium Voltage Products - Healthcare (Remote)

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive growth in the Healthcare market, promoting our innovative Low/Medium Voltage Products and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with hospital end-users, contractors, and our Sales team to succeed in the target market, reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review complex electrical designs and offer alternative solutions to drive incremental value for customers
  • Facilitate bid negotiations, covering system design, bill of materials, labor content, local codes, and contract negotiations
  • Identify key stakeholders and represent Siemens solutions to drive business opportunities
  • Evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on specifications, system design, and product application

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales/engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience with product solutions for construction applications
  • Strong understanding of Medium & Low voltage power distribution products
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel 30%

  • Ability to manage conflict and navigate discussions with various stakeholders
  • Forward-thinking, growth mindset with a passion for growing our business
  • Self-starter and motivator with excellent customer relationship skills
  • Working knowledge of the electrical industry and/or specific markets
