  • Position: Area Sales Manager UK, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Nordic & UK

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our international team in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer solutions in the UK market.

As our new Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical support and expertise to drive business growth. You will work closely with our internal sales team, customer support, and aftersales to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth through customer and market activities, aligned with global and regional plans
  • Building and developing a strong network with Food Retail end-users, refrigeration consultants, and contractors
  • Providing technical clarifications and solutions to support customers
  • Performing sales activities with a focus on driving sales pipeline and customer development through planning and value selling

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant professional background within refrigeration or a related business area
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the refrigeration and HVAC business
  • Solid technical experience within refrigeration technology, preferably with natural refrigerants
  • Excellent communicative and relationship-building skills, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
