As a Customer Experience Innovation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we connect with our customers and provide them with unparalleled support. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and retail, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Journey Mapping & Strategy: Deeply understand the Apple customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate with program leadership to define and achieve key objectives related to customer experience.
  • Content Orchestration & Optimization: Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content across various channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience. Maintain a comprehensive content library and track performance to identify areas for optimization.
  • Style Guide & Content Governance: Develop and maintain a robust style guide to ensure brand consistency and quality across all customer-facing content. Act as a central repository for all organizational content, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Participate in agile prototyping and testing activities to validate new ideas and ensure they deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and Product Management teams to accelerate time-to-market for new features and improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Transform complex customer experience data into actionable insights and translate those insights into effective content strategies.
  • Champion of Customer Advocacy: Be a vocal advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and perspectives are considered in all aspects of product and service development.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with a strong preference for experience in a geographically diverse environment.
  • Content Optimization Expertise: Deep understanding of content optimization through UI/UX principles and digital marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement.
  • Apple Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Apple products, their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional logical reasoning skills with the ability to translate customer experience data into successful content strategies.
  • Content Management Tools: Experience with content management systems, with Adobe Experience Director being a significant plus.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a strong ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a matrixed environment.
  • Integrity & Ethics: Unwavering commitment to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
