We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing primary support for ABAP programming, leading development solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving ERP project and enhancement assessment, execution, and service delivery.

• Deliver high-quality products as an ABAP technical lead and manage ABAP projects
• Provide programming solutions to various SAP functional areas and respond to production issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants for integration tests and propose corrective actions
• Perform routine duties, maintain records, and prepare reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service delivery and resolve issues efficiently

Your success will be measured by key indicators such as user engagement metrics, conversion rate optimization, user experience metrics, data analysis and reporting, business impact metrics, stakeholder satisfaction, technical skills, communication and collaboration, continuous learning, and problem-solving and critical thinking.

You will help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining project requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and improving business processes to achieve higher operational efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in the IT field, with 3+ years of professional experience in solving business problems with technology solutions
• Hands-on ABAP programming experience and ability to set expectations and explain technical concepts to stakeholders
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Broad knowledge of programming techniques and in-depth knowledge of SAP systems and modules
• SAP ABAP certification preferred
