As a 3rd Shift Sales & Operations Associate, you'll utilize your diverse skillset to drive success and provide world-class customer service to help people discover and enjoy the outdoors.

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of trailblazers at our Flagship Store in Freeport, Maine. As a Temporary 3rd Shift Sales and Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating experiential moments with products
• Resolving problems and leveraging product knowledge to drive sales and brand loyalty
• Serving as a brand ambassador and promoting core outdoor activities
• Maintaining a well-organized back of house and easy-to-shop floor
• Displaying team skills and adapting to an ever-changing work environment

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $19 per hour, plus a $1 per hour night-time premium pay between 6pm-6am. You'll also have access to perks such as:
