Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with global leads on paid media planning and drives
• Collaborate with global teams and channel leads on paid media planning, forecasting, and monitoring of country-specific objectives
• Develop bottom-up performance marketing budget and estimation processes for assigned regions
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive marketing strategies
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in a multichannel marketing role
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, marketing planning, financial analysis, or growth marketing analysis
• Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical and financial modeling
