We have over 280+ franchised locations and 110+ corporate owned boat clubs in operations throughout North America, Europe and Australia. The Member Experience Center is the primary way Freedom Boat Club’s members seek assistance with their reservations and membership questions. It’s our mission to deliver remarkable experiences to members and exceed their expectations. We are currently seeking a highly driven Sr. Member Experience Center Representative to join our Customer Service Team. Job Summary The Sr. Member Experience Center Representative is a customer service position that will report to the Member Experience Center Supervisor and will assist in all activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations as well as handle advanced member accounting needs. This position will work closely with our accounting team to process each member’s request securely and accurately in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for basic membership, reservation, and billing-related questions. Basic member assistance includes making and managing member reservations, email account management and tracking, processing transactions, answering a high volume of member calls, Billing related questions include changing member payment methods, refunds, processing membership holds and cancellations. This role is a full-time position with varied days and hours including some holiday and weekend availability required. This position is able to be in-office, hybrid or remote. Skills and Abilities Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service Embrace change and growth as the member experience center is growing at a rapid pace Strong customer service and ability to handle high volume of calls Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to meet established deadlines Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and detail oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process changes Protect and secure customers' personal information Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Basic accounting principles knowledge is a plus Quickbooks experience is a plus We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job.
