The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users, and contributing to IT-related coordination and documentation.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, IT Security, Media Informatics, etc.)
- Confident handling of MS-Office (e.g., MS Teams)
- Very good German skills (at least C1) in word and writing
- Structured and independent thinking and working style
- Friendly demeanor, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm
- Proof of enrollment at a university throughout the period
