A private individual in New York City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support the daily operations and logistics of a fast-paced, dynamic household. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fluid environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and communicate with vendors, service providers, and household staff.

Handle personal shopping, returns, and general errands.

Schedule and accompany pets to veterinary and grooming appointments.

Provide comprehensive personal support and ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently and accurately.

Manage calendars and coordinate appointments seamlessly.

Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of personal and professional events.

Key Qualifications

Available 24/7 with a flexible and solutions-oriented mindset.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.

Must genuinely love dogs and feel comfortable around pets (dogs do shed)

Must currently live in New York to be considered

Must demonstrate the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

Have a valid driver's license and passport in the event of international travel

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-5PM with flexibility for evenings and weekends
