Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll provide top-notch support to our end-users via phone, email, and our ticketing system. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and through our ticketing system, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including:

+ Clarifying customer reasons for support requests + Determining the cause of problems + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information in HubSpot.
  • Follow best practices for documentation in our ticketing system, ensuring that all interactions are well-documented and easily accessible.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as:

+ Adopting new technologies + Updating product documentation + Providing support for launching new products

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software and become a product expert, providing valuable insights and ideas to our Product Management team.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to achieve team goals, completing related tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Participate in our rotating on-call schedule, ensuring our customers receive support outside of standard business hours.

Requirements

* Customer Service Experience: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Software Experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: You'll need to be able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate them effectively to customers.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll be the face of arenaflex, so strong communication skills are essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor or Associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Remote Work Environment: You'll need to work from a remote location that meets arenaflex's cybersecurity and workplace policies.

Work Hours / Schedule

* Regular work hours: 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday.

  • Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
