The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. While sales may be involved if a customer desires to opt-in for additional benefits, we don't engage in cold calling, ensuring that you'll be working with existing clients and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions
  • Work closely with union associations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, if applicable, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new benefits offerings to provide expert guidance to members

Requirements for Consideration:

* Flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients and team members

  • Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
  • Must reside in California to ensure compliance with state regulations and requirements
