Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with similar software applications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and helpdesk software
