About the Role
As a Global Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional live chat support to customers on Shopify stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on Shopify websites and social media accounts
- Providing solutions, answering questions, and sparking sales, all while delivering a friendly and personalized experience
- Working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions
- Utilizing your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers worldwide
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 10+ hours of availability per week
