[Remote] Omnichannel Marketing Analyst

Mondelēz International is a leader in the snack industry, seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Analyst to support its growth in online snacking. This role involves analyzing business performance, driving executional excellence, and managing content initiatives across omnichannel customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly business performance and trends for our brands across all modalities and customers, highlighting opportunities and risks, then proactively executing deeper analysis to identify and understand the drivers
  • Support in year and further out business planning, including ad hoc data analysis via Digital Analytics Suite, Nielsen, Stackline and other data sources; general support of the annual omnichannel planning process. Includes execution and management of all online PPA initiatives
  • Drive flywheel excellence in execution by leading monthly executional excellence forum, communicating the highest priority initiatives across assortment, content, activation and search and driving action to optimize Mondelez’ online presence
  • Act as primary Omni Content steward, building and maintaining strong connectivity with the HQ content team and driving visibility and execution of key initiatives with the omnichannel customer teams
  • Support Assortment (ePPA) and Activation initiatives, including MGD maintenance, assortment insight mining, HQ sample execution, & ad hoc as needed

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Digital, shopper, trade or brand marketing experience a plus
  • 1-3 years of CPG experience
  • Comfortable managing with ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needs
  • Knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal network
  • Establishes partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholders
  • Instills trust and credibility with partners to influence strategies and tactics
  • Strong, proactive communication skills
  • Capability/background in analytics and insights
