Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Database Management

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data related to travel bookings, reservations, client profiles, itineraries, and other travel-related information in arenaflex's centralized database systems.
  • Process high volumes of information with consistency and speed while maintaining a zero-error standard.
  • Verify data for completeness and correctness before finalizing entries, ensuring that downstream teams receive reliable information.

Quality Assurance and Auditing

  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks on existing records to identify discrepancies, outdated information, or errors.
  • Implement corrective actions promptly and escalate systemic issues to management for resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of quality assurance processes and contribute to the development of internal data standards.

Record Management and Organization

  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records in alignment with arenaflex's information management policies.
  • Ensure easy access, searchability, and retrieval of stored information for internal stakeholders and clients when needed.
  • Implement logical filing structures and naming conventions to streamline document handling.

Reporting and Analytics Support

  • Generate, format, and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports on key performance metrics, booking trends, conversion rates, and other relevant data points.
  • Support decision-making and strategic planning by providing clean, accurate, and timely data outputs to leadership.
  • Use reporting tools to identify patterns and flag insights that may benefit operational teams.

Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams — including reservations, customer support, finance, and management — to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for data-related queries and clarifications.

Documentation and Compliance

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Hospitality, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related role is highly advantageous. Experience within the travel, hospitality, or customer service industry is a plus.
