[Remote] Business Development Coordinator

ALLSTARSIT is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support their founder-led business development efforts. The role focuses on engaging prospects through phone communication, conducting follow-up calls, coordinating meetings, and ensuring opportunities progress through the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects after initial outreach campaigns
- Conduct outbound phone calls to confirm receipt of communications and maintain engagement
- Re-engage inactive opportunities
- Ensure ongoing communication and timely follow-up
- Keep conversations active until a clear next step is established
- Escalate qualified opportunities to the founder for meetings
- Calling senior executives and enterprise decision-makers
- Building rapport and maintaining professional conversations
- Following up consistently until a response is received
- Handling rejection professionally
- Remaining persistent without being aggressive
- Keeping opportunities moving forward through consistent communication
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the founder
- Coordinate calendars and availability
- Send invitations, reminders, and confirmations
- Manage rescheduling when necessary
- Maintain accurate CRM and Airtable records
- Document conversations and call outcomes
- Track communication history
- Ensure opportunities are properly managed and followed up
- Maintain excellent pipeline hygiene
- Assist with business-development-related follow-up activities
- Track action items and priorities
- Help ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Support the founder in maintaining an organized and responsive business development process
