[Remote] Head of Marketing

They are seeking a Head of Marketing to expand brand reach, enhance value, and increase engagement, while owning the marketing strategy, budget, and results.
Responsibilities
- Own Paid media performance — scaling ad spend from to $40K/month with ROI gates at every step; no budget moves without the data to back it
- Content engine — turning webinars, podcasts, and loom videos into a relentless drumbeat of content across every channel
- MQL pipeline — owning the full journey from first touch to sales-qualified, with HubSpot attribution to prove every step
- Marketing scorecard — weekly reporting to leadership on pipeline, ad spend, MQLs, and content output. No surprises, no excuses
- Brand reach — making Rotate Digital the most recognized name in marketing for home service businesses across North America
- Industry partnerships & HVAC expansion — building the relationships and running the webinars that crack open new markets
Skills
- Experience in performance marketing, specifically for home service businesses
- Proven ability to scale paid media performance, including managing ad spend of up to $40K/month
- Experience in content creation and management, including webinars, podcasts, and videos
- Ability to manage the full marketing funnel from first touch to sales-qualified lead
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing attribution
- Experience in reporting marketing metrics, including pipeline, ad spend, MQLs, and content output
- Ability to increase brand recognition and reach within the home service industry
- Experience in building industry partnerships and expanding into new markets
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a lean, high-velocity team environment
- Experience presenting marketing strategies to executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling content output without sacrificing quality
- Familiarity with Google Ads
