[Remote] Sales Experience Team Inside Sales Associate

The role involves driving revenue by converting customer leads into scheduled sales appointments through effective communication and sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities
- Build rapport and establish interest in the products and services we offer
- Identify and address any objections or concerns
- Present updated offers, promotions, and scheduling options to encourage commitment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up actions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance goals related to conversion rates, outreach volume, and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to leadership on common objections and potential improvements to the quoting process
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have and/or be able to acquire reliable internet
- Must have access to a mobile device/tablet for multi-factor authentication
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment
