[Remote] Provider Audit Data Analyst - Remote

Responsibilities
- Apply advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze complex datasets
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Design and implement efficient and scalable database architectures
- Optimize database performance to ensure fast and reliable data retrieval
- Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and testing
- Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay up to date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
- Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and methodologies
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Solid experience with Root Cause Analysis & Data Quality
- Coding skills, e.g., Python, R
- Proven excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven solid communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
