[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Lawn Doctor is a company focused on providing excellent lawn care services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and ensure high-quality support. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by addressing customer questions, concerns, making service adjustments, taking payments and following up on outstanding balances in a timely manner
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication while building and maintaining long-term, professional relationships
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure customer expectations are met
- Uphold Lawn Doctor’s standards of professionalism and service
- Follow the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and work with team members to meet department KPI’s
Skills
- Previous account management or client relationship experience required
- Experience handling payments and managing account collections
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
