[Remote] Director, Enterprise Sales - Travel + AdTech

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NaviStone is a company focused on delivering growth for marketers in the B2C sector, particularly within considered-purchase verticals. They are seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to drive new business acquisition in the Travel vertical, engaging with senior marketing decision-makers and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact to closed won. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with travel brands including cruise lines, hospitality groups, and large travel networks. You own the pipeline and the number
  • Hunt. Relentlessly. Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, strategic research, conference presence, and industry networking. You do not wait for inbound leads, though will manage these with the same proficiency and urgency
  • Sell to senior marketing buyers. Engage and influence enterprise marketing decision-makers CMOs, VPs of Digital Marketing, VPs of Direct Mail, and similar roles with compelling, tailored narratives that connect NaviStone's capabilities to their growth goals
  • Move deals forward with urgency and discipline. Establish clear next steps at every stage, advance prospects through the funnel with intention, and close. You maintain momentum and do not let opportunities go cold
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including pipeline targets, key milestones, and revenue forecasts with the discipline to hit them
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, building multi-threaded relationships across marketing, digital, direct mail, and agency partners to accelerate deals and reduce risk
  • Leverage performance data and audience insights to sharpen your consultative approach and reinforce NaviStone's value throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine vertical messaging, thought leadership, and demand generation strategies that support pipeline development in Travel
  • Represent NaviStone at industry events, conferences, prospect meetings, and on-site sales presentations

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience within the travel industry including cruise, hospitality, travel technology, or adjacent verticals
  • Proven track record as a hunter and closer
  • Experience selling marketing solutions to senior marketing buyers including CMOs, VPs of Digital Marketing, VPs of Direct Mail, or equivalent roles at enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and advance pipeline with discipline
  • Experience selling marketing tools, media, or technology that help brands grow: digital campaigns, direct mail, personalization, CRO, email/SMS platforms, or similar capabilities
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • CRM fluency, including disciplined pipeline hygiene (HubSpot or similar)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to attend key industry conferences and conduct in-person sales meetings
  • Direct experience selling to cruise lines, large travel networks, consortia, or hospitality groups
  • A track record of breaking into new accounts at the enterprise level and winning business in relationship-driven, conservative buying environments
  • Speed-to-trust with senior marketing executives
  • Experience driving adoption of a new or unfamiliar marketing solution
