[Remote] Junior Project Manager

They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to assist in the successful delivery of software implementations for public safety agencies, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Coordinated project activities across customer stakeholders, implementation consultants, and internal teams to keep a deployment on track
- Facilitated project status meetings, documented decisions and action items, and communicated progress to stakeholders
- Worked with a customer to gather requirements and clarify business processes that will impact system configuration and implementation planning
- Reviewed project schedules and identified risks, dependencies, or resource constraints that could affect delivery timelines
- Collaborated with technical teams to track integration work, data migration efforts, and testing activities
- Maintained project documentation, updated project plans, and ensured key milestones were accurately reflected in reporting
- Assisted in user acceptance testing coordination and helped customers prepare for training and go-live activities
- Investigated and resolved project-related issues by partnering with internal subject matter experts and customer stakeholders
- Supported multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools
- Comfort working with technical concepts, software systems, APIs, data migration efforts, or system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, or supporting technology implementations
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
