[Remote] Marketing Manager

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Contractor with a strong background in paid and organic social media marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry. This role will be responsible for executing social media strategies, managing campaigns, creating engaging content, monitoring community engagement, and analyzing campaign performance.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management
• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or rare disease brands
• Experience with Veeva Vault and the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process
• Strong understanding of social media compliance within regulated industries
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, analytics, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign reporting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and support occasional weekend or holiday monitoring
• Experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, or similar tools
• Knowledge of healthcare media and patient engagement strategies
• Basic graphic design or video editing experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
