[Remote] Inside Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Inc is a rapidly growing company that provides digital payment solutions for the insurance industry. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, managing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead full qualification of inbound and outbound sales leads, gather account discovery information, while generating interest in the solution. Includes: Strategic contact & list development; Aligning with marketing and sales to drive pipeline & lead generation activities
- Initiate and facilitate complex sales calls (face-to-face, video, phone, email) with cross-functional prospect leaders to advance end-to-end sales journeys. Includes effectively: Conducting sale discovery; Positioning solution (verbal, slides, demonstration); Presenting compelling value propositions; Handling objections and related competitive intelligence; Negotiating and closing business
- Manages assigned accounts (territory), pursuing short term revenue, building future sales pipeline through demonstrated through planning
- Adhere to all operating procedures and relevant sales methodologies as it relates to formal or informal debriefs, weekly management cadences, or relevant CRM-related activities
- Ability to communicate share knowledge, product and others with others, internal and external, through variety of mediums
- Keep up to date on relevant competitive solutions, internal products and services, and industry trends and thought-leadership
- Focus on established processes and continuous improvement of projects working closely with all cross-functional teams while prescribing to One Inc’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales role
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Business) or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM platforms, Sales Engagement platforms, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info
- Outstanding communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills
- Excellent networking skills and comfortable speaking with C level executives
- Proven collaborator, liaison, and advisor with all levels and departments within an organization
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter and problem-solver, who knows how to think outside the box to get things done
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Flexible and able to change priorities quickly, managing multiple priorities often
- Thrives in a competitive, ever-changing meritocracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Mortgage and/or Insurance industries is highly desirable and preferred
