[Remote] Customer Service Representative – Part time

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by answering their inquiries and resolving their issues, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
  • Reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA
