The Senior Sales Director will lead sales initiatives, execute strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee sales operations to foster long-term partnerships.

Skills
- Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Experience in Sales Operations, including planning and managing sales processes to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain and develop long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated competency in Team Management, including training, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in Business Development, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the engineering or consultancy sector is an asset
- MBA is preferred
