The role involves leading generative and evaluative research initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to uncover user needs and drive research-informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead generative and evaluative research initiatives for an AI-powered recruiting platform
- The ideal candidate will partner with product, design, engineering, and talent acquisition stakeholders to uncover user needs, evaluate product experiences, and drive research-informed decisions across recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate workflows
Skills
- Must have skills: -UX, AI- Platform , Saas
- 8+ years of UX Research experience within Enterprise SaaS, HR Technology, or similar complex platforms
- Experience researching AI-enabled or AI-augmented products, including explainability, trust, and adoption challenges
- Strong expertise in mixed-method research techniques including: User Interviews, Surveys, Card Sorting, Co-Design Workshops, Tree Testing, Usability Testing, Contextual Inquiry
- Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent tools
- Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations
